Online registration is now open for this one-day workshop bringing artists and researchers in the arts, humanities and health sciences together to reflect on the ways in which different forms of digital, visual and textual representation can support health. Animation and data visualisation will be examined alongside written texts such as newspaper articles and recovery narratives. Both contemporary and historical contexts will be considered.

Featuring: Professor Susan Hogan (‘Birth Project’), Caren Garfen (textile artist), Wovenink (animation studio), Penelope Mendonca (graphic facilitator), Dr Elvira Perez Vallejos (Flamenco Yoga), as well as presentations of research in Health Science, Linguistics, Comics Studies, History, Behavioral Science and Cultural Studies.
